Shipping Information:

We use multiple delivery partners (including FedEx, UPS and USPS) to deliver our products.

We will continue to process and ship the order within a few working days, and send order and shipping updates after receiving the order. We thank you for being a valuable customer, and thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time.

We have been working with carriers to plan for the expected surge in shipments this holiday season, but there will still be delays. Although we will always do our best to provide you with accurate delivery estimates, high shipments may cause these estimates to be delayed. In addition, transportation carriers may also experience lag in updating tracking information.

Processing time: 2-5 business days
Shipping time: 10-20 business days

To other countries:

Processing time: 2-5 business days
Shipping time: 10-30 business days

PS. Since each country has its own customs rules and policies, it is important to comply with all laws and regulations of your destination. Please contact your local customs office for more information. In a few cases, the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, duties and fees, which will be levied once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

How do I get my tracking number and receipt?

Once you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your Email. You can either track your order through sign in with your LUXEGEMFASHIONS.COM account and click “My Order” to track the order status. The tracking information might be available in 1-2 business days.

My order shows delivered, but I don’t have it?

The following situations may arise
– If they don’t scan it correctly, it will show up the next day.
– If you live in an apartment, the courier may have accidentally left it at a neighbor’s house or at the front desk. Please check it.

What to do if the package is lost and not delivered?

If the package has not been received 60 days after the package was sent, please contact our customer service via [email protected]. We will send you a new product or a full refund.
